Great value for money with a spacious and comfortable room. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Patong beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants, yet still quiet at night. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel safe throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a cool neighborhood in Patong for 9 days. The spacious and well-maintained rooms at Grand View exceeded my expectations. The Italian management adds to the charm, with the area transforming into a mini Italy. There are plenty of delicious and affordable Italian and English restaurants nearby, providing a nice variety of dining options. The friendly front desk staff, especially BeeBee, made our stay even more enjoyable. The strong, free WiFi and good air conditioning were a bonus.

I had the most wonderful stay at a hidden gem in Patong. The rooms were large, clean, and had everything I needed. The atmosphere made me feel right at home, with the sounds of nature in the busy area. The location was great, with convenience stores, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. The manager, Luca, was incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcomed. The hotel had fast and reliable WiFi, which was a bonus. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Patong. The decor at Grand View was truly exquisite, with a charming mix of traditional Thai elements and modern comforts. The hotel's general areas were beautifully adorned with elegant artwork and lush greenery, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel. The corridors were spacious, well-lit, and equipped with handrails, making it safe and convenient for me to navigate around. The staff, who I fondly referred to as the caring children working there, were always willing to assist me with any need or concern that arose during my stay.

If I had one small suggestion to make my vacation even better as a senior, it would be an increase in the number of comfortable seating areas around the hotel. Sometimes, after a day spent exploring Patong Beach, I wished for cozy spots where I could relax and take a break from walking.

The rooms at Grand View in Patong are super comfortable and cozy, with air conditioning that keeps the temperature just perfect. I loved having a private balcony in my air-conditioned room, where I could relax and enjoy the view. The flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room was an awesome addition, providing entertainment for those times when I just wanted to unwind. Having a safety deposit box in the room gave me peace of mind knowing that my valuables were secure. The option to have a kitchen with an oven in some rooms was great for guests who prefer to cook their own meals.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the quadruple room a bit too cold for my liking.
